Corene and Steve got married on a wet September afternoon, but the rain falling in front of the glow of the Proctor’s marquee and puddling in the street created such a romantic atmosphere. Besides that, Corene and Steve provided plenty of sunshine with their enthusiasm. When we braved the elements for a few quick portraits, all we had to do was back away and let them be themselves. Corene looked like a star of old hollywood in her grandmother’s gown and Steve’s passion for music provided the inspiration for much of the beautiful decorations. Their friends were great, the band was tight. It was an exciting wedding perfectly suited for a downtown setting. Congratulations to our new friends Corene and Steve!
