I’d been itching to do this engagement session with Angela and Matt for several weeks, but we waited for just the right conditions (i.e. above freezing), to ensure we got some awesome shots of these two. When we finally made it to Angela’s suggested spot, a beautiful landscape she’s known since her childhood, it proved to be an ideal location for us. The wind was definitely whipping (we were at the highest elevation in Montgomery County after all), but we took full advantage of the snowy views and enjoyed the first sunshine we’ve felt in what feels like forever. We hit it off with Angela and Matt pretty much immediately. Their “up for anything” attitudes both suited our approach and allowed us to focus on them, rather than whether we were belly-down in the snow or stepping into a deceivingly deep patch of it (Ben went from 6’2” to 4’2” in a hurry). We are so happy for our new friends and already know the camera will love them on their big day. Congratulations and see you soon!
